Project Construction Administration

As your facade restoration project is being performed, our staff will monitor your project from the bidding process up until the final sign off. Throughout the course of the project, we provide the owner with as-built documentation consisting of photographs, field reports, meeting minutes, etc... which assists the owner in tracking the progress of the work.

Local Law 11 Facade Inspections

Our in-house architects and Civil Engineers have completed numerous facade inspections throughout the Tri-State area. We are capable of preparing detailed condition assessment (local law) reports that list all of the repairs and prioritize those that must be repaired during each five year cycle. Upon completion of the Local Law Report, at the owners request, a detailed set on plans and specifications can also be prepared.
